Bridging the gap between garage prototypes and industrial-scale manufacturing.
Behind the Site
My passion for photopolymer chemistry began when an engineering bracket printed in standard hobbyist resin shattered into fragments under nominal mechanical torque. Additive forums were saturated with cosmetic figurines, arbitrary exposure times, and zero documentation on polymer cross-linking density or solvent wash kinetics.
That lack of mechanical rigor led me into the physical chemistry of acrylate monomers, polyurethane oligomers, and free-radical photoinitiators. I wanted to understand how light intensity, exposure time, and post-cure thermal profiling determine the true isotropic tensile strength of printed parts.
Real Industrial Experience
Over the years, I've evaluated dozens of engineering photopolymers, high-temp resins, and castable formulations. I don't just print calibration cones; I measure tensile stress curves on universal testing frames, verify heat deflection temperatures (HDT), and audit residual monomer content after ultrasonic washing.
At ResinLab, I bring that chemical and material engineering standard to additive technicians, industrial designers, and prototype engineers. Whether you're dialing in burn-in layer cure depths or post-curing ceramic-filled engineering resins, our mission is to deliver empirical material science instead of trial and error.
Precision First
Every curing profile is backed by analytical tensile testing and ASTM cross-linking verification.
Technical Integrity
No fluff, no sponsored bias. If a resin suffers excessive shrinkage or brittleness over time, you'll see the autopsy.
Pro Standards
Applying chemical laboratory safety, photopolymer kinetics, and post-cure thermal dynamics to every benchmark.

Why Trust This Source?
The ResinLab engineering archive is built on empirical testing, verified physics, and transparent hardware benchmarking. We believe documentation is an engineering discipline. Every guide, calculator, and parameter blueprint is validated before publication.
I founded this portal to give additive technicians and engineers the verified material science and post-processing protocols they need to print engineering-grade photopolymers.
Collaboration & Inquiries
I am open to technical consultations, industrial machine testing, and professional collaborations that align with our high-fidelity standards.
